Luckily this was under warranty and the local Apple store was able to fix it. ![]() ![]() There was an issue before this where only the backlights would come on, but the actual screen wouldn't come on at all. The laptop will boot as normal with a charged battery, and when it is connected to an AC charger seems to run off the charger and not deplete the battery (although I will need to test this further). I have also looked into the AC charger information under About This Mac > More Info and it recognises the charger is connected, but it isn't getting any other information, i.e. ![]() Hi everyone, I have a MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2010 2.66 GHz that has had no water damage, works as normal, the only thing is that it will not charge and the MagSafe is a dim green.
